DPT24 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

• Acting on Your Own Behalf: You must register and play solely on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party, company, or organisation.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the DPT24 platform. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether the same or different personal details, IP addresses, or devices are used.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name (as per your ID), a valid Malaysian phone number, and an active email address. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended or closed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your DPT24 account username and password secure. Never share your login credentials with anyone. DPT24 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from the disclosure of your account credentials to a third party.

DPT24 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your Malaysian identity card, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal process being placed on hold.

All financial transactions on DPT24 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). DPT24 supports the following Malaysian payment methods:

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30, and withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours on business days, subject to any required verification checks.

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type and will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has its own validity period. Any unused bonus or unmet wagering requirement within the specified period will expire automatically and will not be extended.

• Using automated software, bots, or any other technological tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once (bonus abuse).
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, DPT24 reserves the right to forfeit all account balances, including deposited funds, pending withdrawals, and bonuses. DPT24's decision in such matters is final. However, if an account is closed through no fault of the member, any legitimate balance will be returned to the member via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

The DPT24 platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. DPT24 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability of this platform.

DPT24 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including financial losses from gaming, service disruptions, or technical failures beyond DPT24's control.
